  • Hyde Field: Served as lead counsel for a mixed-use community being developed by the Watt Companies and Palisades Development containing 1,550 homes and 80,000 square feet of retail development
  • Route 1 Corridor: Represented numerous clients involved in the redevelopment and revitalization of the Route 1 Corridor and the Prince George’s Plaza downtown area, including Monument Realty (“Jefferson at College Park”), Cafritz Enterprises (“Riverdale Park Station”), Keane Enterprises, Wawa, Inc., and the Marvin R. Blumberg Company (“Landy”)
  • Washington Post Printing Facility: Assisted the client and the JBG Company in the development of the state-of-the art printing facility transforming the former Clark Construction yard into a productive commercial/industrial use
