MARYLAND GOVERNOR LARRY HOGAN ANNOUNCES VACCINE ELIGIBILITY TIMELINE FOR ALL MARYLANDERS AND OTHER HEALTH RELATED COVID-19 INITIATIVES
Today, Governor Larry Hogan announced that due to the state’s increasing vaccination rate coupled with an expected increase in vaccine allocations from the federal government Maryland will enter Phase 2 of its vaccine distribution plan on March 23rd.

Governor Hogan also announced:
- Primary care practices will join the state’s vaccination effort.
- Creation of a Community Vaccination Grant Program to support community-based vaccination efforts.
- The Maryland Vaccine Equity Task Force will launch mobile clinics to vaccinate Marylanders in hard-to-reach areas.
- Additional mass vaccination sites will be announced next week.
