RWL Partner Madelaine Kramer Katz Honored by Virginia Bar Association

RWL partner Madelaine Kramer Katz has been recognized by the Virginia Bar Association Young Lawyers Division with their highest honor, the “Sandra P. Thompson Award” for outstanding work and long-term service.

In presenting the award, 2021 Young Lawyers Division Chair Franklin R. Cragle III said, “Madelaine has been a stalwart at the YLD for a decade, chairing the Law School Council committee before rising to an officer position, and chairing the organization in 2020. Madelaine shaped and reinvented the YLD throughout a pandemic, focusing on wellness and virtual events to keep the membership active and engaged. Since passing the gavel, Madelaine has continued to serve as a fount of inspiration and good counsel and remains highly active in the YLD to promote its goals. The YLD would not be where it is without Madelaine’s years of hard work and leadership.”
