Devon Harman is an associate in the firm’s Business and Commercial Transactions and Sports Law, Franchise, Facilities Media Rights and Gaming practice groups. Devon works with firm’s business clients in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, entity formation, corporate restructuring, stockholder and membership agreements, contract drafting and negotiation, and business strategy. She also assists with government contracts at the federal, state, and local levels, and intellectual property matters, including copyrights, trademarks, and licensing agreements.
Devon also has experience working with business clients in an array of regulatory compliance and complex litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Jennifer B. Schiffer in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
While in law school, Devon completed the Environmental Law Certificate Program, served as President of the Student Bar Association, and participated in Moot Court. She is currently a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.

Devon earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law, where she received the William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional achievement and service to school, and the Dean’s Leadership Award. She earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Drexel University.
