Rifkin Weiner Livingston LLC (RWL) is pleased to announce the launch of its mediation practice, headed by Barry L. Gogel. For nearly a decade, Mr. Gogel has been teaching negotiations and alternative dispute resolution at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. With a wealth of understanding of all sides of legal and factual issues, Mr. Gogel has the background and temperament to understand the intricacies in resolving complex mediation and assisting parties in bringing difficult disputes to resolution.
