Michael A. Miller is a member of Rifkin Weiner Livingston LLC’s State Contracting, Procurement, and Bid Protests practice, with experience in bid protests, matters before the Maryland Board of Contract Appeals, contract litigation and local and state government affairs.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Miller served in various staff and advisory capacities to political campaigns, including Kerry/Edwards ’04. His experience in information technology as a former network administrator provides him with a solid understanding of issues involving electronic discovery and IT procurement on the state and local level.
Mr. Miller is a member of the American and Maryland State Bar Associations.
